There was a time in my life when I felt utterly overwhelmed by the chaos around me. Everything seemed to be falling apart—my job was demanding, personal relationships were strained, and I felt like I was drowning under the weight of it all. One afternoon, as I walked through the park, lost in my thoughts, I noticed something that stopped me in my tracks: a little girl chasing a butterfly, laughing joyfully each time the butterfly changed direction.
