Wonderful writing. So easy to read. audio points resonate with me especially loved these values that make you happy: a clear mind, and the freedom to be myself 🤍
Thank you so much for your kind words, Meredith! I’m really touched that the piece resonated with you, especially the part about a clear mind and the freedom to be yourself—that’s something I continue to remind myself of daily. I truly appreciate you taking the time to read and share your thoughts. Please have a wonderful weekend! :)
I love the last line of this article, true living comes from knowing when identifying your own self. You know maybe the stress will off you I sort of induce but the things we do the things we believe and the overall impact of the environment. It's very okay the question man and it's very okay to define your own answers
Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to reflect on the message. Ral. I absolutely agree. Sometimes the stress we carry isn’t really ours but comes from the environment and the beliefs we’ve absorbed. It’s powerful when we give ourselves permission to question, pause, and redefine. Thanks again for reading and sharing your insights.
It’s definitely a continuous journey, but one that feels more meaningful every step of the way. Thank you for always supporting my work, ER Kumar!🙏🙏🙏 I really appreciate that. Please have a wonderful day!
I've been thinking about this recently. I've become aware of the fact that whenever I scroll through social media, I go to the comments instantly and subconsciously, accept whatever opinion may have resonated with me, and turn it into my opinion. And that has been bothering me recently, the idea of not having my own opinion on something. So recently, I've started to force myself to create my own opinion on whatever I watch, read, or learn. And when you said question everything, it just made so much sense and it just reinforced the fact that I was on the right path.
Thank you so much for sharing this, Amu Christabel. It really made me pause and reflect. Honestly, I still catch myself absorbing others’ opinions without realizing it, especially online, so I completely relate to what you described. It’s something I’m still working on too.
Hearing how you’re intentionally creating space for your own thoughts is really inspiring. I don’t think there’s ever a perfect answer, but just being aware and questioning is such a powerful step. Your comment reminds me to keep doing the same, so thank you for that. I’m really grateful you took the time to share—it means a lot.
Absolutely! I couldn’t agree more—we’re all learning, growing, and unlearning together. Thank you for sharing your perspective—it truly is a beautiful journey. Please have a wonderful day!
